We help individuals listen to their body, reconnect to their physical and emotional needs, and learn self-care. Movement helps to release stored emotions in the body and reduce stress and anxiety through mind-body techniques to promote relaxation and inner peace.
We offer individual, partner, and small personalized groups.
Mind-Body Therapies
Mind-Body Therapies used for healing and recovery may include:
- Breath Work, Meditation & Visualization – used to relieve stress, anxiety, and improve mood and energy
- Tapping Techniques (EFT) – used for physical pain and emotional distress
- Yoga & Therapeutic Movement – integrates yoga postures, breathing, meditation, and imagery to improve mental and physical health
- Reiki & Energy Healing – promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch
- Functional Fitness – to improve posture, balance, core, and joint stability
- Trigger-point Therapy – “soft tissue activation release” to rehydrate and heal fascia, for pain relief, back and body care
- Chair exercises – for physical limitations, stress breaks, and “sitting disease” prevention
